If the delivered product does not meet quality requirements, the buyer should contact the seller.
The product must be returned in its undamaged original packaging with all components and delivery documents. The return must be accompanied by the original VAT receipt.
The buyer is responsible for properly assembling and packaging the returned product. If the product is not properly assembled and/or packaged, the seller will not accept the returned goods.
The return of a product is not accepted if it has been used and/or damaged and/or if its commercial appeal has been compromised.
All money paid for the product will be refunded, except for the cost of shipping.
Returns or exchanges of goods are regulated by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia, Nr. 255 “Noteikumi par distances līgumu”
